π Return Window
We offer a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
β Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

The item must have all tags and original packaging intact

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
β Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

The product has been used or worn

The product is damaged due to misuse

Customized or discounted (sale) items
π¦ How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Email us at dmlpulse@gmail.com or WhatsApp/Call at +91 82095 61926 within 2 days of delivery.

Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach a photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect).

Our team will review and respond with return instructions.
Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
π Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

You may return the item and place a new order after your return is approved.
π° Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5β7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
π« Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

A 4% cancellation charge will be deducted from the prepaid order amount in case of successful cancellation.

Refund for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5β7 business days after deduction.
π Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for return shipments.
