We offer a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.


βœ… Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • The item must have all tags and original packaging intact

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or worn

  • The product is damaged due to misuse

  • Customized or discounted (sale) items


πŸ“¦ How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at dmlpulse@gmail.com or WhatsApp/Call at +91 82095 61926 within 2 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach a photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our team will review and respond with return instructions.

Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


πŸ” Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • You may return the item and place a new order after your return is approved.


πŸ’° Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.


🚫 Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • To cancel, contact us immediately at dmlpulse@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp at +91 82095 61926.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • A 4% cancellation charge will be deducted from the prepaid order amount in case of successful cancellation.

  • Refund for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days after deduction.


πŸ› Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for return shipments.


❗ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account or UPI app

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider
